05-02-2019
With a modern proposal inspired by the charm of European cities and the concern to preserve the environment, the Wyndham Gramado Thermal Resort & Spa, located in the highlands of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, is one of the biggest Desbravador clients.
Opened on January 30, it is the country's first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification resort to obtain Green Building recognition, a planned building focused on environmental, social and economic sustainability.
To obtain such recognition, the establishment went through several evaluative dimensions with prerequisites, that when answered add points. The level of certification is set according to number of points, which can range from 40 to 110. Levels are: Certified, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
