Desbravador and Real Hotels Partnership - Cost Management

Last Tuesday (July 17), Real Hotels in partnership with Desbravador Software held in Foz do Iguaçu - PR, the first edition of the course on Strategic Cost Management. Ministered by the hotel consultant Mr. Marco Tulio Quina, the event counted on the participation of about 20 hoteliers in the region.

According to the programmed content, we discussed topics such as techniques to improve the management of costs of the establishment, how to apply them to improve the performance of the company, cash flow or competence models, and the importance of calculating all the costs by sector among others.
